Hand and stone has been a life saver for me! As I work a very busy schedule and I am often on my feet at trade shows . I see Stephanie and she has been absolutely amazing! She addresses all my pain issues and allows me to fully relax. I have waited weeks to get an appointment with her as she is very knowledgeable about the body, pressure points and healing. I had a deep tissue massage with Hallie today and was thoroughly impressed. Her talent is immediately apparent, and her understanding of muscle origin and insertion points clearly informs her technique. The level of control, anatomical knowledge, and precision she demonstrates is exceptional — methodically working along each muscle while skillfully identifying and releasing adhesions and areas of tension. Every minute felt purposeful and well worth the investment — not simply an hour of relaxation, but truly therapeutic work. Working in dentistry has resulted in chronic neck and back pain, and it is rare to find someone who can genuinely provide lasting relief. I am incredibly grateful to have found her.

I have been enjoying bi-monthly massages for over a year (joined when it was Lavita) and more recently monthly facials. All the massage therapists have been great but I have been working with Sabrina consistently. Sabrina is an amazing therapist who listens to my verbal needs as well as what my body is telling her during the massage. She is able to provide deep and detailed pressure/massage and always makes sure I feel better at the end of the session. Together she and I have been working and improving some of my chronic issues. My experience with Aaliyah, the elite esthetician, has been wonderful. A sensory delight (my first time getting a facial was here) with the feather light brushes, mists, steam and massage. Aaliyah explains what she is doing and always assesses my skin before recommending different treatments. I can tell a difference in my skin texture and appearance. The front desk staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Gently helping me when I’m in the massage stupor as I check out. Overall I have been highly pleased with everything and everyone at Sugar Hill and highly recommend this Hand & Stone 💕

I’ve been a member for almost 2 years. Every aspect from customer service to quality massages has been exceptional, from the checking in/out processes, calling to schedule appointments to excellent massages! They truly care about your personal experience at the Sugar Hill location. My massage therapist, Sabrina, is very attentive, will talk with you before and after regarding your needs. She provides the most wonderful massages! Every therapist there has been great! There are times when your preferred therapist isn’t available and the team is able to match you up with another therapist that is comparable. I highly recommend Hand & Stone Massage at Sugar Hill!
